- You can start to use the hotel’s facilities at 07:00 in the morning at the earliest on the day of check-in. If you want to come overnight, you can check-in early by paying an additional 1-night room rate according to the hotel’s availability.
- The check-in time for the rooms is 14.00 and the check-out time is no later than 12.00.
- Your requests regarding the room are not guaranteed and can be fulfilled according to the availability of the hotel.
- Ultra All-Inclusive concept starts with lunch on the day of check-in, include dinner for the same number of nights as the number of nights stayed, and ends with breakfast on the day of check-out.
- Pets are forbidden.
- Smoking in rooms is forbidden.
- The opening / closing times and locations of the services provided at the hotel may vary depending on seasonal conditions, and the hotel reserves the right to change them by the management.
- The supervision of valuables is entirely the responsibility of the guests. The hotel management does not accept any responsibility for the loss of items that are not stored in the safes in the rooms.
- The management has taken all the measures specified by the regulations for the safety and comfort of all guests and has the right to terminate the stay of guests who do not comply with the rules in the hotel.
- Guests who will benefit from the honeymoon package must have been married up to one month before their arrival at the hotel and must present their marriage certificate at the entrance.
- All guests staying in the rooms must be registered at the hotel. Admission to the hotel for guests arriving without a reservation is subject to hotel availability and extra pay is required.
- Guests under the age of 18 may stay with their own parents. In order for them to stay with adults other than their own parents, they must provide a notarized certificate of consent of their parents. This document must be presented to the reception at the entrance.
- If guests check-out early from the dates specified in the reservation, the hotel reserves the right not to make a refund.
- Hotel-approved changes cannot be made to finalized reservations.
If a justified reason has been provided (death certificate, medical report, etc.) or cancellation insurance has been bought, 100% refund of the payment is made for the requested cancellations. For cancellations requested without a justified reason and without cancellation insurance;
- 100% of the pay will be refunded one month before the check-in day.
- 50% of the pay will be refunded 2 weeks before the check-in day.
- 30% of the pay will be refunded 1 week before the check-in day
- In case of cancellation of the reservation 3 days before the check-in day, no refund will be made.
