MIRAMARE HOTELS – RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE Standard Cancellation Policy Late Cancellation (No-Show and Cancellations within the Last 7 Days) For cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date, the total accommodation fee will be refunded in full. For cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total accommodation fee will be refunded. For cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date, 30% of the total accommodation fee will be refunded. In case of no-show (failure to check in), the full reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be made. Reservation Changes Changes in check-in/check-out dates, room type, or number of guests will be evaluated based on availability. If the changes result in an increase in the total amount, the difference will be paid by the guest. Refund Process Refunds after cancellation will be processed through the same payment channel used at the time of booking (bank, credit card, agency, etc.). Force Majeure In unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, fires, wars, or pandemics, reservations will be evaluated under flexible conditions. Official documents or reports may be requested for such cases. Miramare Hotels may, at its discretion, postpone the reservation to a later date or offer an open reservation option. Cancellation Insurance Policy Applicable only to reservations made during the early booking period. Not valid for seasonal sales. The insurance fee is 1% of the total accommodation cost. The Cancellation and Refund Package covers only hotel accommodation. The cancellation insurance can only be added if there are more than 15 days before the check-in date. Valid for stays of at least 4 nights or more. In unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, fires, wars, or pandemics, reservations will be evaluated under flexible conditions.
